"So I had a NAS to install. From my perspective it seemed a straightforward project. Once into it, turns out what I needed on my end was a bit more of a challenge than anticipated. In the end they just couldn't pull through to get it done due to what I was told was risk. I was frustrated of course and disappointed it didn't get finished. I give them 5 stars because of 2 things. First the IT guy I worked with was a great guy and I very much enjoyed him. Second was customer support. Once they knew they wouldn't be able to finish the product they bowed out and made things right between us. I think the customer level there shows integrity. Anyways, best regards guys.
